Subprocessors — Delivery Zone

As part of delivering the Delivery Zone service, we engage the following third-party providers ("sub-processors") that may process personal data on our behalf. This list is maintained as required by our Data Processing Addendum. We will notify registered account holders and update this page at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor that will process personal data.

Current Sub-Processors

Cloudflare, Inc.

Purpose: Frontend hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and CDN/edge delivery of the public website
Region: Global edge network (EU edge nodes serve EU traffic)
Privacy information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Scaleway SAS

Purpose: Transactional email delivery (account verification, billing alerts, password reset); backend API hosting
Region: EU — France (fr-par)
Privacy information: scaleway.com/en/privacy

Stripe, Inc.

Purpose: Payment processing, subscription management, and customer billing portal
Region: EU and USA (Stripe EU Data Region activated where available)
Privacy information: stripe.com/privacy

Neon, Inc.

Purpose: Managed PostgreSQL database hosting
Region: EU (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt)
Privacy information: neon.tech/privacy

Licensed Third-Party Finnish Postcode Data Provider

Purpose: Finnish postcode reference data used for delivery-zone calculations within the service
GDPR status: Data licensor only — does not process customer personal data on Delivery Zone's behalf
Note: We do not sell, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the underlying postcode database

Changes to This List

We will email registered account owners and update this page at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor that processes personal data. To object to a new sub-processor, contact [email protected].
