Yes. Every account gets a sandbox API key that runs against a test environment. The sandbox behaves identically to production but does not count against your monthly quota.
Rate limits depend on your plan. The Free plan allows up to 500 checks per month with a burst limit of 10 requests per second. Paid plans have higher monthly quotas and burst allowances.
You can cancel from the dashboard at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Beta accounts are never charged without explicit opt-in.
